How do I sign up?
Create your shop account at buuk.ing, then download Buuk from the App Store and sign in with the same credentials.
I'm not receiving push notifications.
Make sure notifications are enabled in iOS Settings > Buuk, and that "Booking requests" is toggled on in the app's Profile tab.
How do I add staff or services?
Visit buuk.ing on your desktop. Staff and service management is done from the web dashboard.
How do I approve a pending booking?
Open the Buuk app, tap the Pending tab, and tap Approve or Decline on the booking card.
How do I change my notification preferences?
In the Buuk app, go to the Profile tab and toggle the "Booking requests" and "Auto-confirmed bookings" switches.
