How does Buuk handle overlapping appointments? +

Buuk's scheduling engine tracks lead time, processing time, and wrap-up windows for every service. It automatically calculates when a practitioner is free for the next client — even while another client is still in the chair. You never have to do that math yourself.

Do my clients need to download an app? +

No. Buuk works entirely in the browser. Clients book through your unique link or QR code — no app, no account, no friction. They verify with their phone number via SMS and they're in.

Can I use Buuk if I have multiple staff members? +

Yes. Each practitioner has their own schedule, availability, and booking calendar. Owners can see everyone's appointments at once; practitioners see only their own.

How much does Buuk cost? +

Buuk is CA$25/month for your first practitioner and CA$10/month for each additional practitioner. What happens when a client cancels? +
